Job description
Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced IT Support Specialist for our client, a leading provider of custom data centers in Tukwila! This is a contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent employee based onsite in Tukwila. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver timely technical support to end-users via helpdesk tickets, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. Support and maintain Windows 10/11 environments, including troubleshooting and system configuration. Manage Microsoft Office Suite, Intune, and PowerShell tasks to ensure optimal system performance. Use ticketing systems (preferably Freshservice) to document, track, and close support requests. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper device and access setup.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on IT support experience, demonstrating consistent, real-world expertise. Strong customer service mindset with professional, personable communication skills. Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and ticketing systems (preferably Freshservice). Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
