Job description

Information Management Group, Inc. IMG is hiring a Network Administrator to maintain and support a complex IT infrastructure, while ensuring cybersecurity compliance and backup reliability. This role also involves managing both Windows and Linux systems, responding to escalated support requests within SLA timelines, and performing maintenance and routine IT tasks in alignment with government-approved procedures.

Maintain an on-site Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Skype deployment Maintain a Cisco WAN and LAN using technologies such as SD-WAN, FirePower, and DNA Center Configure, tune, and monitor a Splunk Enterprise SIEM including monitoring, rulesets, and response Monitor Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux Clients and Servers, including management using Microsoft Configuration Manager. Oversee virtual environment containing VMWare and NetApp products Manage of a backup and disaster recovery solution using Commvault Support escalated requests from the helpdesk and escalation analysts within the established SLA measurements Maintain the availability of current infrastructure to include the support of emergent issues that may be experienced Perform required maintenance to maintain cybersecurity compliance with established windows and/or procedures Follow the approved configuration control procedures provided by the team Additional routine IT tasks of varying complexity may be assigned at supervisor's discretion

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience OR, Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience OR, High School Degree and 10+ years of experience Cisco CCNP certification May be substituted with CCNA certification with 3+ years of experience in Cisco networking or similar certification with customer approval Active Top Secret or Q security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Splunk Enterprise Admin and Splunk Enterprise Core Power User certifications VMWare and NetApp experience Red Hat Enterprise Linux experience Microsoft Client and Server On-Prem Experience Microsoft Exchange and Skype On-Prem Experience Commvault Experience Excellent customer support experience and soft skills to ensure end-user satisfaction Ability to lead small teams or projects through cross functional coordination/collaboration with other departments Assist key stakeholders in overall project execution and find solutions through creative problem solving Ability to demonstrate proven success with adaptability - willingness to evolve with technology while ensuring data accuracy standards
