Top Secret Computer Operations Support Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Computer Operations Support Analyst to be located in the Colorado Springs area. This individual will perform daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the program systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment. The candidate will provide first level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local system hardware, software and networks. The candidate will document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real world events. The candidate will also assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO.

Secret Clearance or higher

Bachelor's in STEM with 2+ years of experience (4 more years in lieu of degree)

DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements (Security + CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security).

Must be able to support panama shift schedule

Experience with operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications within enterprise systems environment

Experience in system administration with Linux and Windows

Experience working w/ Active Directory

Experience with Linux command line interface and can speak to specific commands Networking experience with Cisco and Juniper
