Systems Analyst

This position operates within a warehouse operations environment and involves handling day-to-day production issues as well as designing and mapping reports, files, and processes., * System Development: Develop a deep understanding of IT systems, including warehouse, yard, and transportation management solutions.

• Troubleshooting: Solve complex issues and provide clear resolution paths for incoming requests from internal and external customers.
• File Mapping: Perform file mappings across all formats based on customer specifications and configure appropriate system settings.
• Integration & Documentation: Document all workflows, processes, and system changes for future training and reference.

• Experience: 2-3+ years of related experience supporting systems and business processes is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with client/server architectures, application administration, or the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Aptitude: Most importantly, a proven ability and desire to learn new technology quickly and work within complex systems.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with Operations, Finance, and external clients.

Schedule & Travel

• On-Call: This role includes a rotating on-call component requiring work outside of normal business hours, including some weekends.
• Travel: Some travel may be required for training, implementations, and system rollouts.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Per Year
