Job description
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Beacon and Ambulatory applications
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and support production maintenance
- Lead system testing, upgrades, and go-live activities
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned modules
- Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and stakeholders to improve workflows
- Conduct training sessions and support end users
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Epic Beacon Certified Analyst II with strong knowledge of Epic Ambulatory workflows. This role combines system build, optimization, and end-user collaboration to support high-quality patient care., * Epic Beacon certification (required)
- Epic Ambulatory certification (required or willingness to obtain)
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, IT, or health information systems
- (or equivalent Analyst I experience)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
