Project Support Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Support Specialist for a 12+ month contract position located in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2 This role will provide a full range of project support for a Major Financial Services Company, handling tasks from clerical activities like meeting scheduling and organization to higher-level functions including budget support and process documentation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and have experience supporting large meetings and conferences within a project framework. Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of project support from clerical activities to project management functions and budget support
• Run programs, track attendance, and update documentation on roles and processes
• Organize large meetings and conferences, including setup and coordination
• Provide onsite support, create presentations, take meeting notes, and track tasks
• Develop tools to simplify project management processes, such as templates and checklists
• Write or edit project documents like Scope Definition, Risk Assessment, and Requirements Definition
• Manage change control and defect tracking where applicable
• Prioritize requests and align needs with the most appropriate space and level of support
• Provide event requirements to catering, facility services, AV, and security teams
• Use event reservation systems to book and track events

• 5+ years of experience in a project-focused environment or framework
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
• Superior customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external guests
• Experience responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ability to independently address and resolve requests

Desired skills:

• Experience with event reservation systems
• Strong follow-up and professional communication skills
