Technical Analyst

As the QA Technical Analyst, you will be working with the Quality Assurance Manager and the engineering teams to ensure that the feature development and enhancements to the lottery machines match the standards set by their client., · Assisting technical support by phone, email, or even in person to help test the machines and document the results

· Perform functional, system, reliability, and regression testing on all products

· Run hardware and software scripts on multiple platforms

· Write defect reports and send them to the IT manager

· Help to install Windows systems into the gaming machines (SQL 2005/2008)

· Troubleshoot any issues with the software or hardware infrastructure

· Perform other tasks as needed.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in QA testing in a client-server environment
• You have at least 1 year of experience in MS SQL databases
• You know how to read and write SQL queries
• You have experience troubleshooting technology, and bonus points if you have customer relations experience while doing so
• A BIG plus if you have any previous experience with Lottery or Slot Machines
• You have excellent problem-solving skills
• You are analytical and highly attentive to details
• You know how to track bugs, and you can tell that something is a mistake at a glance.
