Job description

  1. Connecting the Verizon and Cellular Sales brands delivering best-in-class user experience for our internal and external users
  2. Developing world-class designs for our corporate websites and emails
  3. Collaborating with the Creative Director, designers, copywriters, developers, videographers and photographers, editors, and Marketing counterparts: all in-house
  4. Creating visual concepts and designs based on business needs
  5. Coaching team members on usability and design best practices
  6. Advocate and lead UX discussions with project teams

Requirements

A Creative professional with 3-5 years of experience developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website and email layouts, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency. Key tasks include wireframing, prototyping, creating assets, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with an emphasis on user experience (UX). This position requires intimate knowledge of Figma design software and some light coding. While not managing others directly, they will report to the Creative Director and work closely with developers, marketers and Creative counterparts to deliver engaging digital experiences., 1. Attention to Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.

Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities., The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  1. Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement.
  2. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  3. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
  4. Must have reliable transportation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant interest area is preferred

  1. 3-5 years of experience developing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website and email layouts, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Previous experience as an agency or in-house designer is preferred
  2. Experience wireframing, prototyping, creating assets, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with an emphasis on user experience (UX)
  3. Experience converting complex business processes into simple, logical, easy to use systems and skilled in page design, organization, and structure of content
  4. Intimate knowledge of Figma and Adobe software along with some light coding
  5. A positive, outgoing attitude with a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others

Benefits & conditions

$85,000 - $95,000 annually depending on experience and skill level.
