Coordinate/administer the F/A-18 IPT meeting; maintain test and asset delivery schedules and capture/track action items
- Produce/maintain test execution metrics
- Coordinate/administer the Watch Item & Deficiency Reporting process and quarterly meeting
- Manage/administer the Test Data Management Working group quarterly meeting
- Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for the test teams, ensuring timely submission of documents to the program office
- Manage/maintain organizational charts, phone lists, calendars, slide decks, seating charts, and new hire documentation
- Manage/maintain entry access lists for program testing (to include coordination of observation deck seating for tests). Ensure deadlines are met, processes followed, and communication is clear and concise
- Manage recurring and non-recurring meetings; to include building/updating slide decks, memos, ensure conference room etiquette is followed and VTC equipment is operational
- Manage receipt and archival of all test reports (government and contractor produced)
- Serve as primary SharePoint/Teams and shared drive file configuration manager
- Serve as a data transfer agent which includes collecting, securing, cataloging, transporting, processing and storing classified and unclassified test data using prescribed networks
Requirements
- Must have 3 to 10 years of experience
- This position is located on-site at Eglin AFB, Florida.
- A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years
- Must be familiar with Microsoft applications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with aircraft/weapons is HIGHLY desired
- Navy acquisition and test experiece desired
- Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

- The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
