Job description
We're actively building a pipeline of high-impact Reliability Engineers to support leading manufacturing organizations focused on asset performance, operational excellence, and plant modernization.
This role is critical to reducing downtime, extending asset life, and implementing data-driven maintenance strategies that directly impact production and profitability.
If you have experience with RCM, FMEA, predictive maintenance, and reliability strategy, this is a strong opportunity to step into high-visibility, high-impact roles.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Lead FMEA / criticality analysis to identify and mitigate risk
- Drive predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
- Analyze and improve key metrics:
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
- Equipment uptime and reliability trends
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on chronic equipment failures
- Partner with maintenance and operations to eliminate recurring issues
- Support CMMS optimization and maintenance planning
- Identify opportunities to improve asset lifecycle performance and cost efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in:
- Reliability Engineering
- Maintenance Engineering
- Industrial / Manufacturing environments
- Strong experience with:
- RCM, FMEA, RCA methodologies
- Predictive maintenance tools and strategies
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Strong collaboration with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams, + Heavy manufacturing (metals, chemicals, building materials, etc.)
- Food & beverage or high-speed production environments
- Exposure to:
- Vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis
- Reliability analytics and condition-based monitoring
- Lean / Six Sigma experience
