Job description
NW+CU seeks a knowledgeable, skilled, motivated and professional person to handle all facilities and maintenance needs at our six office locations. Qualified individual should possess the ability to work independently, good communication skills, means and ability to travel between South Everett and Burlington, strong attention to detail and hold the necessary skills and experience to perform and coordinate internal/external maintenance, repairs, projects and troubleshooting. * Essential Functions
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Perform maintenance, regular inspections, troubleshooting and repairs

Handle coordination with facilities vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, janitorial, security, fire, pest control, etc.) for scheduling, building access, maintenance, testing and repairs

For major repairs and projects, investigate solutions, get & compare bids, etc.

Maintain and/or create documentation such as maintenance schedules, checklists, inventories and procedures

Maintain branch facilities supplies (keys, basic tools, light bulbs, etc.)

Maintain offsite storage including moving boxes to offsite, inventory, facilitating shred pickups, etc.

Review and approve facilities related invoices (facilities vendors, utilities, etc.), * Frequent use of hands in repetitive tasks such as simple grasping, typing motion, and twisting/turning of wrists.

Frequent finger manipulation to perform various clerical duties such as typing, filing, writing, and entering data into the computer system.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of experience with facilities maintenance or equivalent

Skills

Experience with basic hand and power tools and electrical equipment

Basic understanding of building systems including electrical, plumbing

Good troubleshooting skills

Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, email/calendar, ticketing)
