Fabrication Operations Technical Program Manager

You will use your project management and engineering skills to organize. You will be accountable as a TPM for planning, executing, and monitoring projects/test campaigns according to strict deadlines in accordance with high level program schedules. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders on factor these relationships health and importance into your project management decisions and approach. We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to innovate and improve current processes and implement new processes and technologies critical to our success. • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
• Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical

• Business savvy, including an understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and technology.
• Strong communication skills for effective messaging both "up" to executives and "down" to the workforce.
• Demonstrated domain experience operating within at least one corporate function (Engineering, Business Management, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Configuration Management, preferred)., * Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preference toward Engineering or Business Disciplines.
• 8-10 years of relevant program management/operational experience.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, data.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational influences.
• Demonstrated history of independent work, foreseeing problems, delivering on commitments, and accountability., * Master's degree in engineering, business, or project management.
• 6+ years of experience in an operations environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
• Deliver on strategic business goals with a planned approach, on time and on target.
