Job description

  • Perform physical inventory tracking and staging to ensure accurate data center asset management
  • Coordinate and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities
  • Monitor systems for equipment failure or errors, responding promptly to maintain operational efficiency
  • Assist with inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and compliance activities to meet regulatory standards
  • Handle material movement, shipping, receiving, and destruction of data-bearing devices following documented procedures

Requirements

Our client, a leader in data management and technology support, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2 to join their team. As a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2, you will be part of the Infrastructure & Asset Support team, supporting critical data center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization., * High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, or IT environment

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience working in a data center environment is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and safety compliance, including PPE requirements
