Job description

This position is located on an Enterprise sized Manufacturing Campus in the Spokane Valley and focused on providing day to day Workstation support for that specific campus.

This position is an on-site position, Monday-Friday, 8-5, shift with a on-call rotation. Every 6-8 weeks, this position is part of an on-call rotation for after-hour calls.

A typical day may include opening tickets, troubleshooting, deploying workstation hardware/software and connected peripherals. Providing technical solutions. This position will document changes in the ticketing system and close tickets once work is completed.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, 2-3+ years directly related work experience in Workstation and Network Technical Support areas

CompTIA A+ / CompTIA Network + Certs.

AAS/Bachelors in network admin/computer science helpful but not required

Must have a current valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and vehicle insurance.
