Job description
As a IAM Solutions Architect, you will define and drive identity and access management architecture and strategy to securely manage the full identity lifecycle across on premises and cloud environments. You will align IAM solutions with enterprise security objectives, lead architectural decision making, and provide technical leadership to ensure secure authentication, authorization, federation, and privileged access capabilities are implemented consistently and effectively., * Establish IAM architecture and strategies to securely manage identity lifecycle processes including authentication and authorization.
- Define, document, and maintain reference architectures, technology standards, processes, and policies related to IAM solutions.
- Integrate IAM platforms seamlessly into existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership for infrastructure support including escalation handling and on call support guidance.
- Lead resolution of complex system integration and implementation issues.
- Architect and implement federation solutions using SAML and OAuth/OpenID Connect technologies.
- Design and engineer IAM solutions across cloud environments including Azure and AWS.
- Lead proof of concept initiatives and develop tactical and strategic IAM roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product vendors and internal governance teams to demonstrate and review solution designs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in information security with at least 5 years focused on IAM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an enterprise level architecture role specializing in IAM strategy and technologies.
- Deep expertise in IAM domains including authentication, authorization, single sign on, identity governance, directory services, federation services, and privileged access management.
- Strong experience with federation platforms and standards including ADFS, Ping Identity, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.
- Experience architecting IAM solutions in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
- Proven expertise defining IAM architectures and long term roadmaps.
- Strong ability to align IAM strategy with enterprise security policies and business objectives.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust and Just In Time access models.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Preferred cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CISM.
