What You Will Do:
- Lead needs assessments, software design, implementation, and ongoing support for Epic applications.
- Work closely with reporting teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate workflow design sessions with subject matter experts, focusing on optimizing processes and resolving complex issues.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Lead functional and integrated testing efforts, developing validation scripts to ensure design objectives are met.
- Manage user access security and oversee system build processes from development to production deployment.
- Collaborate with clinical and business partners to understand departmental workflows and develop supportive system configurations.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support and troubleshoot interfaces, monitor error queues, and resolve application issues independently or with vendor support.
- Lead project phases following enterprise project management frameworks, including change management planning to ensure smooth implementations.
- Provide 24x7 support during scheduled and routine assignments, maintaining system security and ensuring system uptime.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, policies, and procedures, providing training and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System design?, * 4+ years of experience designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Epic applications
- Epic Radiant Application Certification is required
