Job description

We are seeking a skilled Epic Application Analyst to support the design, build, implementation, and maintenance of Epic applications within a healthcare environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on Epic experience, and the ability to collaborate with clinical and technical teams to optimize system performance and workflows., * Analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain Epic applications

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to gather requirements
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to end users
Participate in workflow analysis and system optimization initiatives
Perform system testing, validation, and documentation
Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations

Requirements

Experience working with Epic applications (any module)
0-7+ years of experience depending on level (junior to senior roles available)
Epic certification or proficiency in relevant module(s) preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in healthcare IT environments
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, * Epic certification (Ambulatory, Clarity, Caboodle, Resolute, etc.)
Experience with system integrations and interfaces
Knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Experience with reporting tools or database systems
