Job description
Deliver high quality technical support for troubleshooting clients-server software, hardware, VoIP and network-based issues. Develop technical competencies to install and maintain hardware, software and operating systems. Responsibilities (not limited to) ? Support ERP(Microsoft Dynamics SL), SQL Server and in-house warehouse& timesheet management system ? Manage master data such as product code, BoM ? Support 70+ Windows desktops, Window Servers with Hyper-V, Exchange server and other legacy servers ? Manage fiber/Ethernet/Wi-Fi network, telephone system, access control system, TV broadcast, LED signage, barcode scanner and printers ? Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems related to: hardware failure, operating systems, software applications, and network issues. ? Provides desktop IMAC and on-site, phone and remote assistance ? Maintain accurate account of inventory for all corporate assets. ? Research & procurement IT equipment/parts/supplies
Requirements
? Minimum 10 years of experience in IT ? Bilingual : Must be fluentin English and Korean ? Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL ? Must be able to work independently and make sound business decisions. ? Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Engineering Compensation ? Open.
