IT Project Manager

• Lead Workday Lifecycle: Oversee full-lifecycle implementations, enhancements, and integrations for Workday Financials.
• Functional Oversight: Manage modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Management, Banking, and Procurement.
• Process Optimization: Facilitate redesigns for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows.
• Collaboration: Partner with Finance/Procurement leadership, Workday functional leads, and third-party vendors.
• Execution: Manage configuration, data conversion, security roles, and end-to-end testing cycles.

• PMP Certification (Mandatory).
• Workday Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Project Leadership: 5+ years leading complex IT/ERP projects (within the last 7 years).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, and MS O365.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and ERP integrations.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Previous experience in State Government or outsourced environments.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
