People soft HCM Project Manager

We are looking for a high-level People soft HCM Project Manager to lead our Human Capital Management (HCM) team. You will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and managed service vendors to ensure the optimal performance of HR and Payroll systems., * Vendor Management: Lead Managed Services Vendors (MSV) to ensure project execution and SLA compliance.

• Team Leadership: Supervise a team of IT professionals and contractors.
• Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of ERP projects, including system enhancements, technical designs, and production migrations.
• Strategic Interface: Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and Statements of Work (SOW).

• ERP Project Management: 3+ years of experience.
• PeopleSoft HCM 9.2: Expertise in HR, Benefits, Payroll, ePerformance, and Position Management.
• Leadership: Proven experience in application management and outsourcing leadership.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to interface with all levels of a large organization.

Highly Desired (Bonus Points)

• Timekeeping Systems: Experience with UKG Kronos.
• LMS/Recruitment: Experience with Cornerstone or Taleo.
• Document Management: Knowledge of OnBase.
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or PeopleSoft certifications.
• Public Sector: Prior experience working within government or large public entities.
