Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on application development experience, including strong exposure to Pega 8.x.
  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA / SSA) is required.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, JMS).
  • Experience working with relational databases and integrating them within Pega solutions.
  • Domain experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or similar industries, with understanding of business processes and compliance needs.
  • Solid problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading development teams or acting as a technical mentor.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD in Pega environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 100000 - 130000

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
