Job description

We are looking for an experienced PEGA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in PEGA PRPC, integrations, and data modeling to design and deliver high-quality PEGA solutions., * Design and develop PEGA components: Case Types, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, UI, and Decision Rules

  • Build and manage PEGA Rulesets, reusable components, and rule resolutions
  • Implement integrations using REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ (Connect-REST, Connect-SOAP, Connect-HTTP, Connect-JMS/MQ)
  • Validate and map JSON/XML payloads; troubleshoot and optimize API performance
  • Design and maintain PEGA data models (Data Types, Data Pages, Data Transforms)
  • Work with SQL & Oracle for data validation and backend troubleshooting
  • Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
  • Collaborate in Agile teams with architects, QA, and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with PEGA PRPC (latest versions preferred)
  • Strong expertise in PEGA integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, MQ)
  • Good experience with SQL and Oracle databases
  • Strong understanding of PEGA data modeling, rules, DCO, and application structure

Benefits & conditions

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
