Job description
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior UX Designer in Fort Lauderdale, FL who is strong in UX fundamentals with solid UI execution skills to design intuitive, high-quality web and mobile experiences. This role will own designs end-to-end and partner closely with Product and Engineering., * Create user flows, wireframes, and journey maps
- Design high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Build interactive, clickable prototypes
- Deliver dev-ready design specs and annotations
- Contribute to and maintain design system components
- Design A/B test variants to support experimentation
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and support external partners as needed
- Use user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX / Product Design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI execution
- Expert proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
