About the Role: The IT Support Specialist will install, configure, maintain, and support hardware and software systems across both office and manufacturing environments. This role also provides hands-on technical assistance, end-user training, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth and secure daily operations., * Install, modify, configure, and repair computer hardware, networking, and software systems.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end users.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade manufacturing floor computer components such as labeling equipment, shop-floor devices, and hand-held terminals.
- Assist with installing hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drives.
- Document standard operating procedures and maintain accurate technical records.
- Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network issues.
- Upgrade hardware and software components as required.
- Train users on new or modified equipment, systems, and processes.
- Monitor and ensure systems and equipment function according to specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance on computers, printers, and related peripherals.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WAN?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Preferred Experience of the IT Support Specialist:

1-3 years of IT support experience, in a manufacturing environment (plus).

Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, servers, and system maintenance.

Experience with Microsoft Office, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking knowledge

Preventive maintenance on computers, printers, and related peripherals.

Independent worker comfortable operating without direct onsite supervision.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to support users at all levels.
Bonus Experience of the IT Support Specialist:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Experience with manufacturing-floor technology is a plus (e.g., labeling devices, shop-floor hardware).
- LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, backup solutions, storage solutions, servers.
- Experience with Plex ERP or similar.
