AI Engineer

• Design and implement agentic workflows & orchestration logic
• Build tool-using agents connected to internal/external systems
• Define agent boundaries, permissions, and safety controls
• Implement observability, evaluation, and reliability mechanisms
• Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams

• 3+ years professional software engineering
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, LLM-based workflows, or autonomous systems
• Strong in Python and/or C# (primary stack)
• API integration experience
• Experience building secure, reliable backend services
• Strong understanding of testing, monitoring, and production ops
• Must complete in-person interview round

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Multi-agent systems
• Agent orchestration frameworks
• Evaluation pipelines, guardrails, observability
• Experience in regulated / sensitive-data environments
