Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of IAM solutions supporting joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes, access provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications, and role management.

Oversee integrations between IAM platforms, directories, HR systems, cloud services, and enterprise applications to ensure accurate and timely identity governance.

Remain actively involved in solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution related to IAM platforms and integrations.

Define and enforce IAM architecture standards, design patterns, and operational best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and security.

Operations, Risk & Governance

Ensure timely resolution of all IAM related Incident & Service Requests.

Partner with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure IAM controls meet security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Support access reviews, certifications, and audit activities, ensuring IAM evidence is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Monitor IAM operational health, identify risks or control gaps, and drive remediation efforts to closure.

Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives to improve IAM reliability and capability maturity.

Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and operational status to leadership and stakeholders.

Team Development, Enablement & Documentation

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM engineers and analysts, providing technical coaching and guidance.

Support hiring, onboarding, and development of IAM talent to meet current and future operational needs.

Set team priorities, manage workload, and ensure delivery of IAM initiatives and operational support.

Ensure comprehensive documentation of IAM processes, standards, integrations, and operational procedures.

Promote a collaborative, accountable, and continuous-improvement culture within the IAM team.
