Junior IAM Specialist

Our client is hiring a Junior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to support day-one access provisioning and ongoing access changes for employees across the organization. This role focuses on user access lifecycle management, ensuring new hires are fully set up on day one and access is properly removed for departing employees. The specialist will handle access requests primarily through ServiceNow, along with a homegrown request tool, and partner closely with the broader IAM team. This is a hands-on role with exposure to Active Directory, Azure, identity provisioning, multifactor authentication (Duo), and role-based access control, while continuously identifying opportunities to automate manual processes. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals (0-2 years of experience) with a bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Security+ is a plus. This role will pay $18-19/hr.
