Job description
- Deliver 2^nd level support by investigating issues, identifying root causes, designing solutions, configuring system updates, and completing unit testing for client requirements within SLA timelines.
- Document solutions, test results, and recommend changes.
- Analyze the system behavior following Support Pack upgrades and work with the Basis team as needed.
Functional Design & Configuration -
- Prepare functional specifications and change requests, including configuration details for SAP Payroll and Finance postings.
- Support complex configuration updates related to US Payroll schemas, rules, and enterprise/personnel structures.
- Partner with Product Management when client requirements extend beyond current offerings.
Client Consulting & Communication -
- Provide expert level consulting to clients on payroll processing, configuration impacts, and best practices.
- Develop and deliver mini-project solutions throughout the payroll lifecycle.
- Manage client communications and ticket resolution via CRM tools.
- Collaborate with ADP ancillary services, account management, and service delivery teams.
SAP Technical Coordination -
- Work closely with the Technical teams (Interface/Product) to cater client needs.
- Ensure proper analysis and documentation of all SAP Notes and Support Pack changes.
Leadership and Knowledge Sharing -
- Mentor junior consultants and guide them in SAP Payroll best practices.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM US Payroll configuration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll configuration schemas/rules, time management, finance postings, and authorizations.
- Experience supporting or designing S/4 HANA payroll architecture, including Fiori and cloud vs. on-premise differences.
- Understanding of ESS/MSS processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client service skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- SAP HCM Payroll Certification (ERP 6.0)
- Experience with ECC - to - S/4 HANA migration projects or greenfield implementations.
- Familiarity with S/4 HANA Financial structures (F!-GL, FI-AP etc.).
- Knowledge of ADP applications, payroll integrations, and connectors.

The compensation for this role is USD $79,800.00 - USD $213,930.00 / Year*
