Job description
Responsible for end user support of computer workstations and associated peripherals. Diagnoses and troubleshoots all organizational software, hardware and mobile devices.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manages multiple complex priorities and projects.
- Provides configuration and or installations documenters to guide other technicians.
- Provides timely resolution to all assigned calls and or tasks and escalates calls to the appropriate technical groups.
- Acts as an ambassador of the department dealing with all customers in a professional manner.
- Interacts with all ISS staff members to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of organizational hardware and software.
- Provides timely status reports on Projects and or assignments.
- Visits offsite locations and provide service to our customers.
- Ensures Asset Management database is monitored, and discrepancies are remediated
- Works with vendors as necessary to achieve successful implementation and maintenance of hospital hardware and software.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Associates degree, technical degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support, System Implementation or relevant area.Any of the following Certification preferred: - Certified Azure Fundamentals Microsoft 365 - Certified Fundamentals MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician 7 - MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator 7 or - MCP, MCDST - MCSA: Administering Windows Server
- Preferred: Familiarity with networking systems and protocols.
