IT Manager/Director

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure secure and efficient user access.
• Oversee backup technologies to safeguard critical data and ensure recovery processes are in place.
• Configure and support Cisco technologies to optimize network performance and security.
• Manage computer hardware inventory and ensure proper functionality across all departments.
• Develop and implement configuration management strategies to streamline IT processes.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions that align with organizational needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all IT operations.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance efficiency. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments.
• Strong expertise in backup technologies and data recovery methods.
• Solid knowledge of Cisco technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with computer hardware installation, maintenance, and support.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
