Technology Technician I - 17.50-$18.25 p/hr - 12-month school year schedule. Parttime position with benefits. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supports technology projects at building site

  • Installs and maintains various technology equipment

  • Prioritize and respond to IT Help Desk support tickets

  • Provides training of technology devices/software to the end-user

  • Manages student user accounts for the various software programs

  • Participates in professional development and continuous enhancement of roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D

  • PREFFERED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: · Associates Degree · A+ Certification

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of:

  • Windows software system operations

  • Office 365 (Administrative Components)

  • Maintenance and repair of student laptops

Skilled in:

  • Maintaining accurate, efficient record keeping processes

  • Written and verbal communication

Ability to:

  • Work independently and prioritize from a variety of tasks

  • Adapt to changing technology and utilize available tools and resource

  • Promote a harmonious working environment

  • Analyze the necessary skill to escalate support
