Gen AI Engineer

• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions that support business and data-driven initiatives
• Design and build AI-enabled services and APIs using Python
• Integrate AI capabilities with cloud-based data platforms and systems
• Work with AWS infrastructure to deploy scalable AI and machine learning solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI applications
• Implement and manage microservices-based architectures supporting AI workflows
• Utilize modern frameworks to orchestrate and manage large language models (LLMs)

Pay Transparency Notice

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data engineering
• Strong programming skills in Python with solid understanding of machine learning concepts
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience connecting AI models with modern data platforms such as Snowflake
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies
• Experience working with agent-based AI frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and experience building scalable production systems
