Job description
- Provision, modify, and deprovision user access across multiple enterprise applications, including ONETOUCH, API, GHX, StrataJazz, and Agiloft
- Serve as the primary application analyst for the Agiloft contract management system
- Assist with set up of scheduling templates for the Staffing & Scheduling module within API
- Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and application errors
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and audit requirements
- Support system upgrades, testing efforts, and ongoing projects
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions
Requirements
Analyst- It Application: Seeking a detail-oriented IT Application Analyst to support our Financial Systems team, with a focus on security access management and application support. This role plays a key part in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access to critical business systems., * Experience with financial and/or security systems; knowledge of ONETOUCH, API, GHX, StrataJazz, or Agiloft is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail, especially in verifying approvals for access provisioning
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams, * Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field combination of education preferred.
- Two or more years experience with computer applications (programming, analysis, or end user with demonstrated understanding of application) in a PC or mainframe environment preferred.
- Healthcare systems experience desired
- Applications knowledge in UC Health current systems preferred
