Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), either as an industry consultant, developer, or operator, with hands-on experience and exposure to emerging technologies.
Demonstrated ability to deliver implementation-ready CTE (K 12) education programs within tight timelines.
Experience working with AI orchestration tools and services, including prompt engineering and rubric design.
Prior hands-on development and/or consulting experience with AI-driven systems.
Strong track record of managing multi-stakeholder collaborations (e.g., district leaders, educators, and industry partners) and producing well-documented outcomes.
Industry experience as both an operator and consultant, with exposure to at least two AI-related domains such as Mixed Reality, Healthcare IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Vision.
Experience in designing AI infrastructure with safeguards suitable for regulated environments.
Proven capability in developing CTE programs.
Experience working within K 12 education systems, preferably in CTE environments.
Solid understanding of workforce development, current industry trends, and postsecondary pathways related to AI and technology.
Demonstrated commitment to student-centered learning, equitable systems, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
