IT SOX Analyst

• Perform SOX 404 controls assessment and testing for IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Conduct testing across ITGC domains including Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations.
• Perform control walkthroughs, document process flows, and assist in preparing control documentation.
• Identify control gaps and deficiencies; provide remediation recommendations and track closure.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Support audit activities and ensure timely completion of control testing and documentation.
• Prepare audit documentation and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

We are seeking an experienced IT SOX / ITGC Analyst to support SOX 404 compliance and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC), control design, and effectiveness testing within enterprise environments., * Experience with and knowledge of SOX 404 controls assessment testing.

• Knowledge of IT control design and effectiveness related to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or related field., * Public Accounting, Consultancy, or Internal Audit experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5+ years of work experience with either a Big Four accounting firm, large/complex internal audit department, and/or management consulting firm.
• CISA, CISM, CPA, CIA or similar license preferred (or in progress).
