Job description
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40, The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting, enhancing, and maintaining the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position focuses on core HR functional areas including recruiting, onboarding, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, and benefits. The HRIS Analyst will troubleshoot system issues, develop and interpret reports, test and validate system updates, and ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance. In addition, this role provides exceptional end-user support and partners closely with stakeholders to improve processes and elevate the overall system experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings strong critical-thinking skills, technical proficiency in Workday, and a solid understanding of HR and payroll operations. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously., * Associate's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or related field or, in lieu of education, a minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous HRIS system experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
