Skills and Requirements - BA/BS Degree (4-year) - 4-6 years Of related work experience - Strong quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from large data sets, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to creatively solve challenging problems. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings from technical analysis to non-technical audiences - Highly collaborative, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to learn quickly and manage projects independently - Proficiency in data science programming languages (Python and/or R) - Proficiency in SQL, experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, PowerBI, YouGov, etc.) - Fully capable and proficient in Microsoft Office/Outlook, PowerPoint, & Excel, and Canva - Music or other entertainment experience a plus, as well as a passion for music and knowledge of brands, festivals and live music industry trends preferred Come from Live Entertainment / Music
