Play a key role in assisting clients in implementing and optimizing their Project Management Information Systems.

Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients as the technical lead throughout the implementation process

Collaborate with clients to understand their project management requirements, specifically in the area of Project Controls.

Design and configure PMIS solutions to meet client needs, including data integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Provide guidance and best practices on project controls processes, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and change control.

Conduct system assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful system adoption.

Develop and deliver high-quality documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

Support project teams during system go-live and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues or concerns.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in Project Controls methodologies.
Requirements

Expertise in Project Controls is crucial in ensuring that the clients' projects are effectively monitored, controlled, and executed within predefined parameters.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications such as PMP, Unifier Implementation Specialist, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing PMIS solutions, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.

In-depth knowledge of Project Controls principles, processes, and best practices.

Proficient in working with industry-leading PMIS platforms, such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua, eBuilder.

Strong technical skills and ability to configure and customize PMIS solutions to meet client requirements.

Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies and practices.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines.

Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements.
