Requirements

HM wants Solution Architects (not application architect or developers) with healthcare insurance domain (Claims, enrollment, benefits etc..) with some understanding of AWS Cloud (does not have to be an SME in cloud, but must have some sort of cloud experience to ensure transfer from on-prem to cloud is possible, has to know how his/her current work can extend into the cloud).

The tech skills: Safe/Agile, Java, Spring Boot, Angular/UI, Db2 database, any security controls, AWS, API integration, healthcare exp is required
Healthcare insurance/payor exp is 1000% required
Strong Business Acumen is important. When he asks for high level design architecture plans, he wants someone that can actually discuss and defend their actions from the business requirements. Able to describe the concept and a high level/100K ft view is important, not just in the weeds keyboard activities. How to build a solution!
Outstanding presentation abilities - will be presenting to VP+ personnel to discuss the solutions, must have strong comm. skills
