Requirements
8 years of proven experience in organizational change management, preferably supporting organizational transformations or initiatives Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience developing and delivering user training programs Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at all organizational levels with clarity and confidence Experience conducting stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness evaluations Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to address concerns and gather input Excellent training and facilitation skills with experience preparing end users for new systems QUALIFICATIONS Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) Familiarity with training tools and platforms (LMS, video creation, e-learning development) Experience in organizations undergoing significant technology transformation
