Cybersecurity Engineer

The Cybersecurity Engineer will work closely with infrastructure, network, OT, and GRC teams to protect systems, respond to security incidents, and support ongoing modernization and cloud adoption initiatives. This individual will play a key role in improving CNX's overall security posture while ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.

• 3+ Years working in an IT/OT and SCADA Environment (If not, other regulated environment Ex. Healthcare, Financial)

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience supporting enterprise environments

• 3-5 years experience securing legacy systems and supporting modernization efforts

• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, and incident response * Experience implementing and maintaining security controls aligned to NIST and SOX requirements

• Experience supporting Microsoft environments (Azure and/or AWS)

• Including hybrid connectivity, identity, and security controls

*Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, or equivalent
