Quality Assurance Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

You will manage final video verification of outbound firearms prior to delivery. This position operates inside our structured verification room and is responsible for documenting functional checks on completed pistols before shipment.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive batches of 50-100 completed firearms
• Set up and operate GoPro or similar camera systems
• Clearly document each serial number on camera
• Perform standardized function checks, including: Thumb Safety, Grip Safety, Trigger pull and reset, slide movement and lockup, slide stop function, visual frame and slide inspection
• Stop recording upon completion of each firearm
• Create organized cloud-based folders by delivery batch
• Upload and label serial-specific video files accurately
• Share verification folders with customers

• Strong understanding of safe firearm handling
• General computer proficiency
• Experience working with cloud-based file storage systems
• Ability to organize and label digital files accurately
• Comfortable operating camera systems (GoPro or similar)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Clear verbal communication on camera
• Strong communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams., * 1911/2011 platform firearms: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
• Video shooting: 1 year (Preferred)
