Job description

  • Coordinate daily and weekly test resources to ensure smooth vehicle testing operations
  • Manage logistics, test site activities, and support technicians and test operators
  • Oversee vehicle readiness, including vehicle custody and data ingestion activities
  • Support reworks, repairs, updates, and configuration management of hardware, software, and firmware
  • Create and maintain daily reports, dashboards, and issue tracking for test campaigns

Requirements

  • Engineering or technical degree with 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proven experience coordinating complex activities involving multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with vehicle testing is highly desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed test plans and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GoogleDocs
