Technical Program Manager

• Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level project goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
• Drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives independently, focusing on enhancing autonomous driving behavior.
• Support the development of programs for the TeleGuidance and Routing teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Create and deliver comprehensive updates for executive stakeholders on project status, risks, and key accomplishments.

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of program management experience, particularly in software development environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently and efficiently.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Gantt charts, JIRA, Smartsheet, and risk matrices.
• Strong skills in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear visual presentations.
