IT Project Manager

Project Planning And Execution:

• Collaborates with business users, technical teams, and vendors to evaluate, design, test, implement, and validate IT solutions.
• Develops and manages project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.
• Oversees full project lifecycle including initiation, planning, estimation, execution, testing, release, and stabilization.
• Prepares and delivers project status reports and executive presentations.

Governance And Risk Management:

• Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks and issues.
• Coordinates project governance activities, including agenda setting and stakeholder communication.
• Ensures alignment with organizational standards, processes, and strategic objectives.

Strategy And Planning Support:

• Provides support across IT strategy, governance, and planning initiatives.
• Assists with IT service planning and service delivery roadmap updates.
• Supports operating model improvements and strategic initiative reporting.
• Manages DSF financial processes and contributes to budgeting activities.

Stakeholder Communication And Collaboration:

• Facilitates meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions.
• Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Reviews documentation and proactively identifies actions required for project success.

Tools And Documentation:

• Utilizes Microsoft Office tools and ServiceNow for project tracking and reporting.
