IT Project Manager

• Drive successful planning, execution, and delivery of AWS WorkSpaces programs.
• Align business, IT, security, and vendor stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and decision-making processes.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams including cloud engineering, infrastructure, security, and end-user computing teams.
• Coordinate delivery across AWS WorkSpaces, Active Directory integration, networking, and image lifecycle management.
• Manage dependencies related to endpoint security, CMDB, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Oversee vendor and partner performance, including delivery plans, resource allocation, and change requests.
• Facilitate workshops, technical discussions, and design review sessions.
• Identify, track, and mitigate technical, organizational, and compliance risks.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Ensure traceability of project decisions and adherence to governance standards.
• Coordinate operational readiness including pilot rollout, production go-live, and support transition.
• Ensure delivery of documentation, knowledge transfer, and training materials.
• Support transition to steady-state operations post-implementation.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex infrastructure or cloud programs.
• Proven experience managing AWS-based initiatives, particularly virtual desktop environments such as AWS WorkSpaces or similar platforms.
• Strong experience working in multi-stakeholder, global enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technical teams and external vendors.
• Experience working with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.

Technical And Domain Skills:

• AWS WorkSpaces / AppStream or similar virtual desktop solutions
• Active Directory and identity integration
• Networking concepts including VPC, connectivity, and latency optimization
• Endpoint security and monitoring tools
• CMDB and asset management processes
• Cloud governance and cost management concepts, * Experience with engineering or CAD-based virtual desktop environments.
• Exposure to GPU workloads in cloud environments.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments (security, audit, data residency).
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
