Job description

  • Do you turn raw workforce data into clear operational decisions?
  • Can you run an accurate biweekly payroll while managing FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Comp leave programs?
  • Are you the person others rely on to configure, audit, and improve HRIS and timekeeping systems like SuccessFactors, ADP, or UKG?

Work Setting On-site at a 24/7 manufacturing plant. Your schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Expect regular interaction with a busy shop floor and operations partners. What You'll Do

  • Own Payroll End-to-End: Prepare, validate, and process biweekly payroll; ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to policy.
  • Administer Leave Programs: Manage FMLA, ADA, and Workers' Comp with rigorous documentation and compliance.
  • Deliver Advanced Analytics: Analyze overtime, absenteeism, recruiting activity, and turnover to inform workforce planning and cost control.
  • Super-User for HR Tech: Serve as the site expert for HRIS and time-tracking platforms (SuccessFactors, ADP, or UKG); troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, and train end users.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Record all employee changes accurately and execute monthly audits to keep systems clean and reliable.
  • Be the Site Authority: Act as the primary resource for payroll, benefits, and HR systems questions.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in HR or payroll; manufacturing background strongly preferred.
  • Excel Expertise: Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and large dataset manipulation.
  • Detail & Ownership: High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong follow-through.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
