HRIS Analyst

• Serve as primaryHRIS ticket handler, resolving issues across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and related HR systems
• Provide support duringannual open enrollment, including testing, configuration validation, and data reconciliation
• Partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to troubleshoot employee and system-related inquiries
• Develop, maintain, and enhanceWorkday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Assist withsystem testing, documentation, and HRIS process improvements
• Identify recurring system issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of Workday HCM / HRIS experience, including exposure to Benefits and Payroll modules
• Prior experience inHRIS ticketing/support environments
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site environment, * Workday certifications (HCM, Benefits, Reporting Pro) strongly preferred
• Experience with Workdayreporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
• Exposure to HRIS support in fast-paced, high-volume environments
