Job description
- Serve as primaryHRIS ticket handler, resolving issues across Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and related HR systems
- Provide support duringannual open enrollment, including testing, configuration validation, and data reconciliation
- Partner with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams to troubleshoot employee and system-related inquiries
- Develop, maintain, and enhanceWorkday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Assist withsystem testing, documentation, and HRIS process improvements
- Identify recurring system issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
- 2+ years of Workday HCM / HRIS experience, including exposure to Benefits and Payroll modules
- Prior experience inHRIS ticketing/support environments
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site environment, * Workday certifications (HCM, Benefits, Reporting Pro) strongly preferred
- Experience with Workdayreporting, dashboards, and calculated fields
- Exposure to HRIS support in fast-paced, high-volume environments
