Senior Data Scientist

• Drive in-depth analyses to address critical business and product questions using sound statistical methods and analytical rigor
• Translate ambiguous challenges into structured approaches by defining methodologies, identifying necessary data, and producing actionable insights
• Evaluate the impact of product features, experiments, and machine learning systems, including forecasting outcomes and measuring return on investment
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to influence priorities and communicate findings effectively
• Support and mentor other analysts by sharing technical expertise and elevating overall analytical standards

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong statistical expertise with hands-on technical skills (especially in Python), and who enjoys bringing clarity to ambiguity through thoughtful, data-driven recommendations., * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or Economics

• 7+ years of experience applying data analysis to solve product or business challenges
• Strong foundation in statistical methods with practical experience using Python and SQL
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments, and applying data-driven approaches to problem-solving
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant quantitative discipline
• Experience driving decisions across cross-functional teams
