• 10+ years of experience in frontend and backend programming
• Proficient in Rust, Java, or Scala with UI development experience
• Skilled in reading, understanding, and improving complex code
• Experience in ensuring code quality through testing practices
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with a penchant for teamwork
• Curious and adaptable, willing to learn new technologies
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
